Authentic Tees for Milton Teens

Authentic Tees for Milton Teens was a Bucknell Management 101 company during the fall of 2018 whose mission was to serve underprivileged teens in Milton, PA. My involvement in the company as Vice President of Reports included designing professional reporting standards for communication with internal and external stakeholders. Part of this work lead me discover the importance of delegating tasks to other company members and building a culture of success.
